Privacy Policy
Photo Skill is an iOS app. This policy describes how we handle photos and account data when you use it.
Photos you import
When you generate an effect, the app sends a resized JPEG copy of the photo you chose to our image-editing service so it can return a new still image. That upload is a working copy, not your original library file.
Cloud originals expire 24 hours after they are stored. Generated covers expire 24 hours after they are stored. Retries do not extend the original’s expiry. A job runs about every five minutes to delete expired files. That is not a second-by-second guarantee; a delay can happen if a scan fails. Expiry does not delete the copies already saved on your device, or our task and credit records.
What stays on your iPhone
The app keeps a local copy of the imported photo so it can compose Live Photo and export again offline. Those copies stay until you delete the work in Photo Skill. Deleting a photo in the system Photos app does not remove the in-app copy. Transition video is composed on device and is not uploaded.
Account
Photo Skill does not require Sign in with Apple. A random device identifier and private token are stored in the Keychain so your works and credits stay on this device. Changing devices does not move your library or balance. Purchase receipts are checked with Apple and bound to that device account.
Credits and purchases
Generations are sold as consumable in-app purchases through the App Store. Apple processes payment. We keep a credit ledger so a generation can be charged once and refunded if it fails for a technical reason.
Image provider
Image generation is performed through our API gateway using OpenAI GPT Image. The provider’s own data-use terms apply to the uploaded copy while it is processed. We do not sell your photos.

你导入的照片
生成效果时，应用会把你所选照片的一份缩放 JPEG 副本发送到图像编辑服务，以换取新的静图。这是工作副本，不是系统相册里的原文件。
云端原片自入库起 24 小时过期，生成封面自存储起 24 小时过期。重试不延长原片到期时间。服务器大约每 5 分钟扫描并删除到期文件。这不是精确到秒的承诺；扫描失败可能延迟。云端过期不会删除已经保存在本机的作品，也不会清除任务和点数记录。
留在 iPhone 上的内容
应用会保留导入照片的本机副本，用于合成实况和离线再导出。这些副本直到你在 Photo Skill 里删除作品才会去掉。在系统相册删除原片不会带走应用内副本。过渡视频在端上合成，不会上传。
账户
不需要通过 Apple 登录。随机设备标识和私有令牌保存在钥匙串中，用于隔离本机作品和点数。换机不会带走作品库或余额。购买凭证经 Apple 核验后绑定该设备账户。
点数与购买
生成次数通过 App Store 消耗型内购出售，付款由 Apple 处理。我们保留点数账本，确保一次生成只扣一次，并在技术失败时返还。
图像服务商
生图经我们的 API 网关调用 OpenAI GPT Image。处理期间适用服务商自身的数据使用条款。我们不出售你的照片。
