By using Photo Skill you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Photo Skill generates an AI still from a photo you choose, then composes a Live Photo on your device. Official styles and your own private prompts are available. Generation requires a network connection. We may refuse or fail a request that the image service rejects, including content policy refusals.
Credits
One successful new generation costs one credit. Automatic retries of the same job are not charged again. A technical failure refunds the credit. Starting another generation, including changing style or preferences, is a new job. Saving, sharing, and re-exporting finished work is free. Credits are consumable, do not expire, and stay on this device. Purchases are sold by Apple as in-app purchases. Refunds of purchases follow Apple’s rules.
Your content
You must have the right to use the photos and prompts you submit. You keep rights in your photos. We may process them solely to provide the generation you requested.
Acceptable use
Do not use Photo Skill to generate illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual intimate imagery, or to attempt to break the service. We may suspend generation if a request or device is abusive.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. Generated images and Live Photos may differ from previews. Third-party apps may drop the Live Photo when you share. Lock-screen behavior is controlled by iOS, not Photo Skill.

一次成功的新生成扣 1 点。同一任务的自动重试不再扣点。技术失败返还。再次生成、换风格或改偏好属于新任务。保存、分享和再导出已完成作品不收费。点数为消耗型、不过期，且只留在这台设备。购买通过 Apple 内购完成，退款遵循 Apple 规则。
你的内容
你须有权使用所提交的照片和提示词。照片权利仍归你。我们仅为完成你请求的生成而处理它们。
使用限制
不得用于违法、剥削性或未经同意的私密影像，也不得攻击本服务。滥用请求或设备时，我们可能停止为其生成。
免责
应用按现状提供。生成结果可能与预览不同。分享到第三方时实况可能丢失。锁屏行为由 iOS 决定，不由 Photo Skill 保证。
